Pick the band before the car
Mileage band and term move the payment more than trim does. We start with how far you actually drive, then find cars that fit the number.

Amira spent eleven years setting residual schedules inside a captive finance company. She left because the one document that explains a lease payment was the one document nobody was allowed to show a customer.

Selling price, residual percentage, money factor and term. With those four you can rebuild any lease payment in about thirty seconds. Without them you are agreeing to a monthly figure and trusting that the arithmetic behind it was done in your favour.
Almost every frustration people bring to us traces back to a number that was never shown. A mileage band set too low because nobody checked the customer's actual driving. A wear standard produced for the first time by an inspector standing in a driveway. A doc fee that moved between the phone call and the desk. None of those are complicated problems. They are just problems that survive because the information stays on one side of the table.
So we publish it. The doc fee is on this website. The wear thresholds are on this website with photographs and dollar figures. Every offer carries its residual and money factor on the card. The clean vehicle credit appears as its own line rather than quietly improving our margin. None of it is generosity. It just removes the part of the transaction that makes people feel bad afterwards.
The second thing we do differently is the charger. An electric car delivered to a house with no way to charge it is a worse car than the petrol one it replaced. So the electrician goes first, the survey happens before you sign, and the box is live on the wall before delivery is even scheduled.

The one document that explains a lease payment was the one document nobody was allowed to show a customer.
Amira Haddad, lease directorBand before car, soft pull before hard pull, charger before delivery, and a call six months before the term ends. The order is deliberate.
Mileage band and term move the payment more than trim does. We start with how far you actually drive, then find cars that fit the number.
A soft pull gives us your tier and the money factor you qualify for. It does not touch your score and it takes about eleven minutes to come back.
Cap cost, residual, money factor, every fee and the total of payments, on one page, before anything is signed.
Our electrician surveys your panel and fits the Level 2 box, usually in the week before delivery, so the car arrives to a working charger.
Ninety minutes at your house or office: charging, preconditioning, one pedal driving, the app, and where the second fob lives.
Six months out we check tread depth, mileage pace and your payoff against market value, then tell you which exit route is cheapest.
Nobody is paid a commission tied to which car you take or which protection package you add. It is the single structural reason the advice sounds different.

Lease director
Spent eleven years in captive finance writing residual schedules before deciding the customer should be allowed to see them. She sets every money factor we quote and signs off any deal where the worksheet is not self explanatory.
Reads auction data on Sunday nights so she can call customers with equity on Monday.
Founded Current in 2019

Senior lease advisor
Handles most of the north Austin and Round Rock accounts. He is the person who will talk you out of the 10,000 mile band if your last two inspections say you drive 13,400.
Has never once sold a mileage band bigger than the customer needed.
With Current since 2020

Charging programme lead
Runs the install side: panel surveys, permits with the City of Austin, and the scheduling that gets a charger live before the car lands on the driveway.
Can tell you whether a house needs a service upgrade from one photograph of the meter.
With Current since 2021

Delivery coordinator
Does the ninety minute handover at your house: preconditioning, one pedal driving, the charging app, and a proper walk around so nothing is a surprise later.
Keeps a printed 2 inch ding gauge in every delivery pack.
With Current since 2022

Business and fleet manager
Looks after everything from a sole trader's first van to a forty vehicle fleet, including upfit coordination and depot charging quotes.
Built the job cost model our trades customers use to compare a Haul 150 against a diesel.
With Current since 2021

Return inspection lead
Inspects every car before it goes back to the lessor and tells customers exactly what would be charged, three months early, while there is still time to fix it cheaply.
His pre inspection is the reason 96 percent of our returns carry no wear invoice.
With Current since 2020

There is no showroom because there is no need for one. We keep an office, a small holding lot and a workshop bay for pre inspections. Test drives and handovers happen where you live, which is where you will actually be using the car.
Every lease carries the Standard column at no cost. The two waivers are optional, priced separately and added to the payment rather than buried in it. Whichever you take, the six promises on the right apply.
