Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Sample figures and advertised offers
Every monthly payment, residual percentage, money factor, fee, incentive, range figure and charging rate shown on this website is a sample for demonstration. Offers are samples, subject to credit approval. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, an advertisement of specific credit terms, or a binding quotation.
Actual terms depend on the vehicle, the lessor, your credit tier, the mileage band and term you select, taxes and fees applicable on the date of delivery, and any incentive programme in effect at that time. Incentive programmes change without notice and may end before an advertised expiry date.
- Range figures are EPA combined estimates. Real world range varies with speed, temperature, load, terrain and tyre choice.
- Charging costs are illustrative and depend on your utility plan, time of use and the network you use.
- The clean vehicle credit on a lease is claimed by the lessor, who may choose whether to pass it through.
- Wear and tear charges are assessed by the lessor's inspector against the lessor's own published standards.
Leasing, credit and insurance
A motor vehicle lease is a contract between you and the lessor. Current EV Leasing arranges the transaction and delivers the vehicle; the lessor owns the vehicle and holds the contract. Your obligations under the lease, including mileage limits, condition standards and end of term charges, are set by that contract.
You are required to maintain continuous insurance for the full term with the lessor named as loss payee and additional insured, at the coverage levels stated in your contract. Lapse in coverage is a default under most lease agreements.
Not tax or financial advice
Information on this site about clean vehicle credits, business deductions, depreciation or lease accounting is general in nature and is not tax, legal or financial advice. Consult your own tax advisor about your circumstances before relying on any figure shown here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX.
