More cargo than the SUV, 26 miles more range

The Drift Estate is the quiet answer to the family SUV question. It carries 38.4 cubic feet behind the rear seats, which beats the Ridge SE, and because it sits lower and pushes less air it returns 315 miles instead of 289. It is the longest range car we lease and the one our own staff pick most often. A dog guard and a load liner come as part of the Current handover pack.
Best for: Dogs, bikes, camping gear, and anyone tired of paying a range penalty for ride height
Depreciation is the adjusted cap minus the residual, divided by 36. Rent charge is the adjusted cap plus the residual, multiplied by the money factor. All figures are samples. Offer expires October 31, 2026.
Every 2,500 miles you add to the allowance takes residual points off the forecast, which raises the payment. This is the same vehicle, the same 36 month term and the same money factor at all four.

Estates hold value less predictably than SUVs in Texas, which is why the residual sits at 55 rather than 57. That is the bank's view, not ours, and it is baked into the payment.
The residual is the lessor's forecast of what this Drift will be worth when you hand it back, set as a percentage of its $52,100 MSRP. Depreciation is the part you actually pay for.

$4,336 as a sample figure: a $3,500 capitalised cost reduction, the first monthly payment of $506, the $225 documentary fee and $105 of Texas title, registration and inspection. The $1,095 acquisition fee and $3,169 of Texas motor vehicle tax are capitalised into the payment rather than collected on the day.
Excess miles are charged at $0.25 each at turn in. This car is written on the 12,000 mile band, which gives you 36,000 miles over 36 months. Finishing 3,000 miles over would cost $750. Buying miles up front instead costs $0.16 each, but unused prepaid miles are not refunded.
At 28 kWh per 100 miles and the Austin Energy EV plan overnight rate of $0.1175 per kWh, this car costs about $0.033 a mile in electricity, or roughly $395 a year at 12,000 miles. On public DC fast charging at $0.44 per kWh the same driving costs about $1,478 a year.
Yes. The purchase option is the residual value, $29,436 on this contract, plus a purchase option fee and tax. If the market value at that point is higher than the residual, that difference is equity and it belongs to you. We check every customer's payoff against market value at around month 30 and call if there is anything in it.
