4108 Burnet Road, Suite 120, Austin, TX 78756
Narrow driveways, 1960s panels and street parking. The hardest charging problem in the metro, and the one we solve most often.

78704 is where the charging survey actually matters. A lot of these homes run a 100 amp service that was sized for a house with one window unit, and the panel is on the far side from the driveway. About a third of our South Austin installs need the service upgrade, which is why we quote it honestly at $1,450 rather than pretending every install is free.
Where there is no off street parking at all, we do something different: we size the lease around public Level 2 near your work and a smaller battery, because paying for range you cannot charge overnight is money thrown away. A Nordvik Alto on the 7,500 mile band charged twice a week at a garage downtown is a perfectly good answer for a lot of Bouldin and Zilker households.
South Austin also drives the fewest miles of any area we cover. The 7,500 mile band is the most popular one here by a distance, and it adds a point and a half to the residual, which takes real money off the payment.
Expect a site survey in person rather than by photo. Around a third of pre 1985 homes here need the 100 A to 200 A upgrade.

Ty brings the car to your house or office and spends about ninety minutes on the handover: charging, preconditioning, one pedal driving, the app and a walk around against the wear standards so nothing is a surprise three years later.
Chosen from what we actually deliver to this area, not from what has the biggest margin.

If a question you have is not here, call and ask for a lease advisor. Nobody will read you a script.
The unit and a standard install are included on a 36 month lease or longer. Standard means up to 40 feet of conduit from your panel to the wall, plus the City of Austin permit and inspection. If your home needs a service upgrade from 100 to 200 amps, that is quoted separately and typically runs $1,450. We survey before you sign, so you know which one you are in.
On the Austin Energy EV plan overnight at $0.1175 per kWh, a car using 25 kWh per 100 miles costs about 2.9 cents a mile. The same car on public DC fast charging at $0.44 per kWh costs about 11 cents a mile. Charging at home is roughly a quarter of the price, which is the single biggest running cost decision you will make.
Expect 10 to 15 percent in genuine heat, mostly to air conditioning rather than to the battery. Winter is a smaller effect here than it is up north, and cars with a heat pump lose noticeably less. Sustained highway speed costs more than temperature does: 80 mph on I-35 will use around 20 percent more than the EPA combined figure.
